Company presentation

Founded in May 2023, Bytesense Technology traces its roots to an enterprise engaged in the R&D, design, and manufacturing of laptops. In 2023, the company formally entered the LCD projector industry, continuing to uphold the business philosophy derived from its laptop R&D and manufacturing experience—identifying customer needs, integrating new market technologies and trends, and leveraging the integration of upstream and downstream information and resources to develop a product portfolio that addresses pain points in the market and for consumers, thereby creating value for customers.

Furthermore, we are not merely a product manufacturer. We aim to provide a range of value-added services, including: packaging design, product promotion material design, display stand design and supply, showcase design and supply, sourcing and supply of projector peripheral accessories.
These services are designed to help customers resolve a full spectrum of issues, from product development to marketing and sales, striving to maximize value for customers while seeking to establish strategic cooperative partnerships with them.

Corporate Philosophy

Our company adheres to the "small yet exquisite" philosophy and has gathered a group of seasoned professionals. Its management team consists of:
a product manager with over 5 years of projector industry experience；
an R&D lead with more than 10 years of projector development experience；
a project manager with over 8 years of relevant experience；
a supply chain and quality lead with more than 10 years of experience；
a sales lead with over 10 years of experience；
a production lead with over 6 years of projector production experience.

We are a young company, but the core members of our team possess rich practical work and management experience. Leveraging the advantages of small organizations—high flexibility, rapid decision-making, and fast execution—we aim to provide more targeted and high-quality services to premium clients. By responding quickly and implementing solutions promptly, we help our clients gain stronger competitiveness in the market.

Notebook producer We entered the laptop segment by starting with the development and production of laptop casing, and later moved on to independently designing the ID/MD and finish good production and sales.
Entry LCD projector segment Based on understanding of market changes and the information from upstream and downstream sectors, we have started to enter the projector market, with trade as the main focus during this phase.
Bytesense Established Portable model P1 launced Focusing on the LCD projector segment and investing in R&D resources, covering everything from ID design and structural design to optical engine design, finish good production and sales. 1st model of Portable series P1 launched.
Flagship model F3P launched Through continuous communication with upstream and downstream partners and ongoing refinement, we have successfully developed our first flagship model F3P ,received high praise from Amazon customers.
More modes cover more senarios Continue to invest and have newly developed models like P3, G3, and F3, covering different forms and application scenarios—ranging from portable, gimbal-equipped to high-brightness designs.
Keep focusing on LCD
projector segment Continue to develop new products to upgrade our current series, we plan to launch more segmented LCD projector models targeting specific GTV projectors users for whom have higher request about the contents and models with enhanced audio quality for those seeking better sound performance. Our goal is to roll out more products that consumers will love and can afford.

Product Insight

Through analyzing customer reviews of dozens to hundreds of products on Amazon, we’ve found that for LCD projectors, consumers attach varying degrees of importance to different features. By leveraging the priority ranking of these features and combining it with the product’s target user and scenario positioning, we can refine our product definition more effectively.

Product Definition

When we prepare to develop new products and product definition, we analyze the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' offerings on Amazon and extensively review customer reviews on the platform. This allows us to determine the development direction of our new products and prioritize their features. We consistently rank portability (compact design), system smoothness (proven solutions), display quality (high resolution and luminance) and content richness(support Android system) as top priorities for our projectors.Building on this foundation, we then select different product features based on the positioning of distinct user groups and usage scenarios. Our goal is to create products that meet the different needs of mainstream consumers while maintaining cost control.

Appearance Design

We understand that LCD projectors are not replacements for TVs, but rather supplements. LCD projectors should not compete with TVs in terms of brightness or color vibrancy; instead, they should maximize their own advantages—portability. You can take an LCD projector to your bedroom, living room, backyard, or outdoor spaces, and enjoy the audio-visual fun brought by a large screen anytime. Therefore, when designing our products, we always prioritize portability and a compact structure. On this basis, we ensure that the performance meets the needs of mainstream customers. This is our product design philosophy.
